1. Competitions
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at Mad House Competitions.
All competitions are skill-based competitions requiring a knowledge based question to be answered. The entry fee grants the cardholder the opportunity to play the skill-based competition. Answering the knowledge based question correctly grants the cardholder entry into the prize competition. The entry fee stated on the competition page is payable each time you enter and answer the question. However, some competitions may have a free entry route, further details explaining how this works are included in the Free Entry clause below.
To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the promoter (the “Competition Question”).
2. How to enter
2.1. Each competition has an advertised closing date / maximum number of ticket entries. All competitions will run until closing date or maximum ticket entries, whichever comes first. All times and dates referred to are UK local time.
2.2. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, we reserves the right to change the closing dates / maximum number of entrants. If we do change either, the new details will be clearly displayed on the website.
2.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date, or for free entries, 24 hours prior to the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.

Draw dates listed on competition pages are guaranteed and prizes will be given away regardless of volume of entries (provided at least one entrant has taken part, and they will become the default prize winner).
2.6. The sale of entries to answer the Competition Question will end at the date and time stated on the competition page.
